Brizo Construction is a Houston based, general contractor that specializes in working with homeowners, community leaders, and local, state, and federal government programs on post-disaster demolition, rebuilds, debris removal, elevation, reconstruction, rehabilitation, and civil construction services. We have grown to become experts in working between homeowners that have been affected by natural disasters and government programs such as Partial Repair and Essential Powering for Shelter (PREPS) Program, Direct Assistance for Limited Home Repair (DALHR) Program, Sheltering and Temporary Electric Power (STEP) Program, Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR), U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) among other homeowner assistance programs.
